Order Processing

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available in select areas only

Shipping & Delivery
  • Standard delivery within Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

  • Nationwide delivery (Philippines): 3–7 business days

  • Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • To request a return, please email us at wellbestconcerns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include photos and a brief description so we can assist you promptly.

Cancellation Policy
  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.
